Pulse processes only the personal data needed to run a secure, traceable service.Data we process
Account identity, contact details, music and playlist metadata, decisions, feedback, payment references, security logs and verification evidence.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to perform the service, protect the network, meet legal obligations and — when consent is required — send onboarding or marketing.
Providers
Authorised hosting, email, AI and payment providers process data only for their defined tasks. Full card and bank details are handled by Stripe, not Pulse.
Retention
Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, except for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and statutory requirements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to certain processing through the contact address above.
Automated decisions
Automation prioritises and pauses distribution using verifiable rules. It never buys placements, and genuine disputes may be escalated for human review.
