Payments and refunds

Every selected destination has a clear fee before checkout. It covers matching, controlled delivery, capacity scheduling and consolidated follow-up.
Pro review
Curator compensation covers an independent review with useful feedback. A decline and an acceptance are compensated equally when the review qualifies.
Automatic refund
A paid review not delivered by its deadline and grace period is automatically marked for refund. Duplicate charges and verified technical failures are corrected.
Radio request packages
Radio requests are sold in packages of 10, 20 or 30 at a unit price of EUR 2. One credit is used when a request is delivered to a verified active station. The credit is restored for a verified technical delivery failure, but not when the station declines or the artist chooses not to pursue an interested response. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Taste decisions
A legitimate decline, non-placement after a proper independent review or dissatisfaction with an independent decision does not automatically create a refund right.
Disputes
Chargebacks, suspected fraud and unclear financial conflicts are paused and reviewed as exceptions to protect both sides.
Payouts
Curator payouts are held for a short safety period and processed through Stripe Connect when the review qualifies and no blocking dispute exists.
