Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Pulse Music Network.The service
Pulse matches music with relevant curators and automates delivery, follow-up and verification. Pulse does not sell streams, positive decisions or guaranteed placement.
Artist responsibilities
Artists must have the right to share their music and provide accurate information. The artist always selects destinations before a request is purchased or sent.
Curator independence
Curators decide what they review and publish. Compensation is solely for a qualified independent review with useful feedback — never acceptance or placement.
Radio matching
Pulse sells packages covering matching, controlled delivery and follow-up of radio requests. A station's interested response is not a booking and does not bind the artist. Pulse does not sell the radio service, charge the station or handle any agreement or payment between the artist and station.
Prohibited use
Artificial streams, false identities, spam, threats, intrusion attempts and attempts to bypass verification may result in immediate suspension.
Limits
Taste and platform decisions are outside Pulse's control. Pulse does not guarantee reach, streams, income or continued publication.
Changes and termination
Users may stop using the service. Material changes are communicated before taking effect when required.
